Luna Apartments, 13 Arthur Avenue, Cronulla

Luna Apartments is a full hydraulic package delivered across a multi-storey coastal residential development in Cronulla, incorporating three levels of basement. Sloane was engaged to manage the complete hydraulic scope, from infrastructure connections through to internal installation across the structure.

Mid-construction, the project underwent a significant design change, with a reduction in the number of dwellings requiring a full recoordination of the hydraulic layout. Sloane managed the transition between both configurations without programme disruption, absorbing the revised scope while maintaining delivery timelines.
