With 17 years’ experience in the industry, Willis has built his career delivering complex construction projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, education and industrial sectors.

Starting his career as an apprentice with Pipeline Plumbing, Willis progressed through the business to become a Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of projects ranging from boutique developments through to major, multi-stage projects.

In 2023, Willis founded Sloane Plumbing, bringing extensive project delivery experience and a practical understanding of construction into a business focused on technical capability, accountability and reliable delivery.

Today, that experience underpins Sloane’s approach to every project, combining technical knowledge with practical construction expertise to anticipate challenges, coordinate effectively and deliver hydraulic services to a high standard from commencement through to completion.
